Belgarum, a boutique lettings and property firm, appointed us to manage the refurbishment of their Winchester head office. This included production of the creative concept and end-to-end project management involving supplier liaison and financial planning.
A stand out concept, with premium finishes
As a property company, Belgarum’s street presence on the high street has to be eye catching and draw people in. To do this, we used custom LEDs illuminating the front facing reception area. We also created an attractive window display using LEDs to showcase the properties. The bespoke desk we commisioned had premium finishes, ensuring every detail was considered and on brand. Lastly the large scale printed graphics we used along the cupboard walls added warmth whilst neatly concealing the storage facilities.
